Exercise Physiologist
Hi, my name is Janis. In 2016, I obtained my Bachelor of Sports Science from the University of Western Australia. My work as a personal trainer fuelled my desire to extend my clinical knowledge and experience, informing my decision to undertake my Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) at the University of South Australia.
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I work closely with individuals to fully understand their health concerns and to foster a therapeutic alliance that ensures success of the treatment. This is achieved through a collaborative process that is underpinned by safety, evidence-based practice and empathy.
